Services offered include conducting employee and student misconduct investigations (e.g., Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA, whistleblower), conflict resolution, mediation, adjudication; advising governing boards of non-profit private and public institutions regarding, among other things, conflicts of interest, sufficiency of the corporate record (resolutions and minutes) and excess benefit transactions; coaching in support of professional development for legal counsel and effective organization of legal services offices and client relations; supporting and advising regarding legal needs of colleges and universities (including establishing protocols to protect attorney-client privilege and risk mitigation considerations); presenting and facilitating educational seminars, workshops and trainings for governing boards, senior administrators, faculty and staff regarding the development and implementation of institutional policies, practices and the regulations informing and guiding those practices and policies; drafting and review of institutional policies and procedures regarding employee, student, volunteer and contractors conduct.
